  • ADHD Symptoms: Self-Check for Adults

    Brief, evidence-based tool designed to help identify symptoms of ADHD in adults. It can quickly identify inattentive ADHD V’s Hyperactive ADHD and/or combined type. It focuses on key areas such as attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity, providing a quick and reliable initial indication of whether further assessment for ADHD may be warranted and what diagnosis to potentially focus on.

  • Childhood Attention & Behaviour Patterns Self-Report

    A retrospective self-report tool designed to assess ADHD symptoms experienced before the age of 12 (required by the DSM-V).. It helps adults identify childhood behaviors associated with ADHD, including inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, and emotional dysregulation. The WURS is particularly useful for clients who cannot involve their parents in the assessment process, as it allows individuals to provide their own perspective on early-life symptoms, mitigating the need for parental verification while still supporting accurate diagnosis.
